Refund Policy

Digital products are final sale

Hey Dad! guides are digital downloads, delivered instantly after payment. Because the guide is available to download and keep as soon as your payment is confirmed, it can’t be “returned”. All sales are final, and we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, buying the wrong guide, or because the guide wasn’t what you expected.

When we will help

We will fix a genuine problem with your purchase if you contact us within 14 days of your order. These are the only situations where we consider a refund:

• Technical failure. The file is corrupted, incomplete or can’t be downloaded or opened, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
• Wrong or missing product. You didn’t receive the guide you paid for.
• Duplicate purchase. You accidentally bought the same guide twice. Contact us within 48 hours, before the second copy has been downloaded.
• Unauthorised transaction. Someone used your card without your permission. We may ask for evidence.

Our remedy order

We decide the remedy based on the facts of your order, including your download records.

• We fix the problem or resend your download.
• If that doesn’t solve it, we replace the guide with the correct file.
• Only if neither is possible do we refund the affected guide.

How to make a request

Contact us through the form on our contact page, or email support@heydad365.com, with your order number (it looks like HD-2026-000123), a short description of the problem, and a screenshot if you can.

We reply within one business day.

How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack. They can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Downloads after a refund

When a refund is approved, your download links for that order are cancelled. You can no longer download the refunded guide, and you must delete any copies you hold.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before starting a chargeback with your bank so we can fix the problem quickly. We may give your bank download and delivery records to show the guide was delivered.

Abuse of this policy

We may refuse a request that appears to misuse the policy, for example repeated claims on downloaded guides, and we may cancel downloads for those orders.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law where you live.
